Josh Williams – Owner
Josh is a lifelong athlete who played in over 100 NCAA
hockey games and served as Captain both his junior and senior years in college.
He credits his success to his commitment to off-ice training. This dedication led
him to seek out training with and under the tutelage of World Champion Power
lifters, Strongmen, Collegiate and Professional Strength Coaches, and leaders
in the fitness industries. After realizing that no one modality worked for him
and that he was not getting the results despite his dedication and effort, he
founded KFS to combine various training modalities to maximize results and to
help others reach their potential no matter what the back ground. Josh is a
certified Advance Trainer through American Sports & Fitness Association
(also holds certifications in kettle bell training as well as sport specific
training) and is pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
certification (expected Spring 2012). He is also a USA Hockey Certified Coach.
