Do not be scarred or intimidated. There is extensive instructions and aid and we will never ask you to do anything you are not capable of; however, we will push you beyond your comfort level. We don't believe in making workouts brutal, just challenging and productive. Any one can make a hard workout; our mission is to create productive ones.
