* To combat dehydration, start the day with 2 glasses of water and drink 1/2 your weight in ounces per day.
* Take a short walk each day. It will help your body recover faster and is a major key to life and long health.
* Floss Routinely. Studies show a correlation between flossing and lower risk of heart disease.
Gym Apparel
* Wear comfortable, loose (not baggy) clothing. You want to be able to move but baggy clothing gets in the way.
* Shoes should be as flat as possible. Shoes with high soles shift weight distribution in a detrimental manner. We like new Balance Minimums, Vibram 5 Finger, Chuck Taylors, or going barefoot.
* We do not provide mats. You may bring one if you like.
For Training Sessions
* Do what you can do and listen to your body. Inform the instructor on what is going on.
* Get water when you need it.
* Be ready to train. Either you are 100% in or you will not get the results you want.
*Give us your best effort; We will cover the rest.
