Being a former collegiate athlete, I thought I had all the answers when it came to working out. I was wrong; fitness cannot be measured by pounds moved per repetition. True fitness is also far more than how you look in a swim suit; it is closer to the understanding gained by taking full control of how you invest into your body. Kinetic Fitness was able to relate nutrition to me in a way that has eluded me for years.  The venue is intimate and secluded; the polar opposite of a conventional gym. The layout takes you far away from the treadmill and bench press factory we've been force fed for years.
