One of the easiest and best ways to boost fitness levels is to learn a new skill. Basics is geared with this in mind. 30 minutes of rigorous boxing drills, skills, and conditioning. $75 for 1 month (T,TH) or ($150 to participate with Minimalist Muscle also)
